The educational offerings of the educational specialists provide practical insights into the life worlds of people with disabilities and create a direct connection to scientific and theoretical topics.

A key feature of the educational services is the dialogical work on equal footing. In various subject areas, people with and without disabilities work together to identify commonalities, differences, specific features, and development potentials. This co-production helps to develop and strengthen a professional attitude.

The Competence Center for Inclusive Education Saxony-Anhalt develops various educational offerings based on the target group, duration, number of participants, or type of educational event, and implements them at technical colleges and universities, with training providers, in public administrations, companies, or associations.
